At ODEV, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and within a reasonable timeframe. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered after a purchase is made through our website. By placing an order with ODEV, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
Order Processing
Once an order is placed successfully, our team begins the verification and processing procedure. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. During this time, products are checked, packed carefully, and prepared for dispatch to ensure they reach you in proper condition.
Please note that business days do not include Sundays or public holidays. Processing times may also vary during festive seasons, sales periods, or due to unexpected operational delays.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
ODEV offers Cash on Delivery (COD) service for selected products and serviceable locations only. Availability of COD may depend on the delivery address, order value, or courier partner limitations.
For COD orders, our team may contact customers through WhatsApp, phone call, SMS, or email to confirm the order before dispatch. This confirmation process helps us reduce incorrect or fake orders and ensures smooth delivery operations.
If the customer does not respond to the confirmation request within a reasonable timeframe, ODEV reserves the right to delay or cancel the order.
Estimated Delivery Time
After the order has been dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
-
Metro Cities: Approximately 3–5 business days
-
Other Locations: Approximately 5–7 business days
These delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier partner operations, local delivery conditions, public holidays, weather conditions, or high order volumes during festive periods and sales events.
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, ODEV does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared using the contact information provided during checkout. Customers may receive tracking updates through email, SMS, or WhatsApp depending on the available communication method.
Tracking information allows customers to monitor the shipment status and estimated delivery progress directly through the courier partner.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed. Charges may vary depending on factors such as delivery location, order size, product category, or ongoing promotional offers.
Delivery Delays
Although ODEV works with reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery, certain situations may cause delays that are beyond our control. These may include courier operational issues, weather disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation interruptions, remote location accessibility, or increased shipment volumes during festive seasons and special sales periods.
In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended. Customers are requested to cooperate and allow additional time for delivery whenever such unavoidable circumstances occur.
All delivery timelines provided by ODEV are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.
